Vladimir Kozhukalov 0b5a30b347 Use HAProxy ingress controller by default ...

Ingress-nginx is deprecated and is going to become
unmaintained after Feb/2026.

This PS adds support for HAProxy-ingress but does not
remove the ingress-nginx support.

Also default ingress class name and annotations are updated
to make them more implementation agnostic.
