The thing is we are going to move image building
to openstack-helm-images repo and use traditional
approch with per project Dockerfiles. These images
will be used by default and will be published to
the registry with the tags
<openstack_release>-ubuntu_<ubuntu_release>
e.g. 2025.2-ubuntu_noble.
But we still need to test Loci images to ensure
Loci build scripts are helthy. This is important for
users who are still using Loci in their downstream projects.
This PS renames _uv tag suffix to _loci in values_overrides
and also renames the jobs. So Loci repo can use these jobs
and overrides to test images.
