Sergiy Markin c6045bdf4b [mariadb] Fix exporter secrets hash in StatefulSet template ...

This commit ensures that the hash for the exporter
secrets is included in the StatefulSet template of
the MariaDB chart. This is necessary for the
exporter component to function correctly within
the MariaDB deployment.
