added scripts to cleanup spaces in XML files

example for remove_trailing_whitespaces.sh:

"  testing   \n" --> "  testing\n"

examples for remove_unnecessary_spaces.py:

"<testing>    foobar foobar" --> "<testing>foobar foobar"
"foobar foobar   </testing>" --> "foobar foobar</testing>"
