updated SUSE-specific snippets

- zypper addrepo: updated for latest OpenStack version (Kilo -> Liberty)
- adding missing word (YaST)
- removed version number from product name (the other distros are without version number, too)
- corrected product name (SUSE Linux Enterprise Linux -> SUSE Linux Enterprise Server)
