Code Issues Proposed changes

Update Install Docs for Pike on SUSE 

Update to repositories for Pike on SUSE.
Update distribution versions for SLES and openSUSE.
Update links in appendix to go to pike resources.

remove some extra whitespace and use #. for lists.
