Fix inconsistent formatting in compute-flavor.html
Where extra spec values are enumerated, the format was inconsistent. This changes the inconsistent from: - ``option``. to -``option``: Updates capitalization for the types when describing the options - Integer -> integer Closes-Bug: #1554069 Change-Id: I4e20073bd4f96df94ba224c973b2f8c9b99acb95
