+OpenStack documentation uses either DocBook or ReStructured Text (RST)
+syntax.

+For the DocBook formatting conventions, refer to the

+from DocBook to ReStructured Text (RST). For more information
+on the conversion, see the `Documentation/Migrate`_ page.
