[image-guide] Update to FreeBSD 10.1
* change used ISO file to FreeBSD 10.1 * fix wrong parameter for the shutdown command * use 256 MByte memory instead of 128 MByte memory Change-Id: I91bda20e3c8445561b2b2fb27f3abf839ac7b0fc Closes-bug: #1479755
