Install Guide edits

Edits while testing for openSUSE and SUSE Linux Enterprise:
* Remove wrong line wrapping for screen in section_cinder-controller.xml
* indent second lines of commands in section_cinder-controller.xml
* Remove wrong line wrapping for screen in section_cinder-node.xml
