Fixed wrong LVM glossary reference

In Juno, 'Logical Volume Manager (LVM)' is registered in
openstack-manual glossary, and the install-guide was managed
with DocBook up to Kilo.
One part of Juno install-guide referenced 'LVM', not 'Logical
Volume Manager (LVM)'. This proposal fixes it on stable/juno
branch.
