Replace 'Floating IP table' with 'Floating IP pool'
The recent commit 22955759
changes 'pool of addresses' (of floating IP)
to 'Floating IP table', but I cannot understand what 'table' means.
'address pool' is a commonly used term.
This commit recovers the term 'pool' again.
