Remove the now obsolete guide from index pages, add .htaccess rule to
redirect to new guide. Update existing redirects to new location if it

This patch changes the name of the Admin-Guide from the Cloud
Admin Guide to the Administrator guide. This affects the
filename in the repository, and references to cloud administrators
within the document texts.
1.) Changing instances of 'cloud administrator'
to 'administrator'.
2.) Change links from '/admin-guide-cloud/' to
'/admin-guide/' within the Admin Guide.
3.) Adjust .htaccess file.

Our theme includes in the dropdown a link to icehouse, therefore we
should first update the theme to not include icehouse before redirecting
from it.

Most pages are moved over one by one with the exception of hot.html.

Recent changes removed the extra enduser/adminuser directories and thus
we need to adjust URLs.
Also, remove old redirects for the User Guide that have been around
since over a year.
Since those directories were only used briefly, not adding redirects for
them.

The redirects matches *any* string containing user-guide, so it matched
also /fr/user-guide/content. Change the regex to not match these for
now.

As noted in the .htaccess file, ensures top ten pages (by
pageview) are redirected precisely. Then ensures folder
redirect with matching HTML file name which should
get the majority of files.
