Description of Redis configuration options

Configuration option = Default value	Description

host = 127.0.0.1	(StrOpt) Host to locate redis.
password = None	(StrOpt) Password for Redis server (optional).
port = 6379	(IntOpt) Use this port to connect to redis host.
