Configure the Block Storage serviceTo retrieve volume-oriented events and samples, you must
configure the Block Storage service to send notifications to the
message bus. Perform these steps on the controller and storage
nodes.To configure prerequisitesEdit the /etc/cinder/cinder.conf file
