Thomas Kaergel b0337e125c replace 'metrics' with 'meters' wherever it makes sense
Replaced 'metrics' with 'meters' in all contexts, excluding the
metric system or  where the term is used as name.

<title>Configure the Compute service</title>
<para>Telemetry uses a combination of notifications and an agent to
collect Compute meters. Perform these steps on each compute node.</para>

<title>To install and configure the agent</title>
