Christian Berendt f33de9bd8d Add ironic to the CLI reference

As of Kilo the bare-metal service ironic is a integrated component
of OpenStack and the CLI should be part of this reference.

All files in this directory are generated from the output of the python commands they describe using the openstack-auto-commands tool from the openstack-doc-tools package.

Do not change these files - change openstack-auto-commands and the python commands itself.
