Updated ironic.headers and regenerated/updated the config tables for ironic, using stable/kilo branch. Deleted tables that aren't used by ironic (most likely due to some bug when generating these with authohelp-wrapper having the venvs of all the OpenStack projects). I created and generated the config tables via "./autohelp-wrapper -b stable/kilo create ironic" and "./autohelp-wrapper -f docbook ironic". Change-Id: I95644482b107a3f71962bc52618dcd5a6ff597af
