Andreas Jaeger 16c5684be3 Install gettext for translation jobs ...

Add install of gettext to prepare-zanata-client role so that projects
don't need to add it to their bindep.txt file.
gettext is essential for the role to work.

For consistency capitalize all names of tasks in the file.
