General improvements to configure-unbound role

- Improve README
- Improve integration test coverage
- Prefix variable names with "unbound_" to avoid clashes between
  different roles
- Unbound will very likely be installed but don't assume it is.
  Add an assertion to fail early if it isn't.

OpenStack Infra Zuul jobs

This repo contains a set of ansible playbooks which are used by the OpenStack project CI system Zuul. It also contains job and project-template definitions for the OpenStack project. You should edit these files to make configuration changes to OpenStack Infrastructure CI.
