Update git submodules 

* Update compute-hyperv from branch 'master'
  - Fix case sensitive path comparisons
    
    Windows paths are case insensitive. Furthermore, Hyper-V even
    flips the casing in some cases.
    
    For that reason, we have to ensure that our path comparisons
    are case insensitive.
