Subject: [PATCH] Update git submodules

* Update rally-openstack from branch 'master'
  to a73e803e7c5091710ba6eff1c1a8cbfab2ad6f20
  - Bump default Cirros version

    Replace heavily outdated Cirros version with a current one. Also,
    slightly increase RAM allocation in default flavors for newer
    version to work.
