* Update liberasurecode from branch 'master'
  to cc7de356d6c210b84622264b2ff93a22abdbaf8d
  - Merge "Switch from yasm to nasm"
  - Switch from yasm to nasm
    
    ... and build it from source so we can build latest ISA-L
    (otherwise, the version shipped by some distros would
    complain about a %use directive).
