Update git submodules 

* Update tripleo-repos from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Add support for RHEL8"
  - Add support for RHEL8
    
    - adds support for a platform that returns RHEL8 during
    information gathering in a run.
    - changes the release gathering so the python script receives two
    variables directly and doesn't need to reparse ouput
    - Updates the path function to the new $DISTRO-$BRANCH default
