Update git submodules 

* Update cinder from branch 'master'
  to afa04aa093d33b9255fbe0966f9c33222ed27d29
  - Merge "PowerMax Driver - Port status check"
  - PowerMax Driver - Port status check
    
    Early in initialize_connection, check the status of the ports in the
    port group you are using.  This early check is time saving and highlights
    a specific problem that may otherwise be difficult to determine once
    handed to os-brick.
