Update git submodules 

* Update tripleo-ci from branch 'master'
  to 947e8a93a865e16481d14a1dd9fe1f91216e1a8d
  - Merge "Revert "Remove fwupd-redfish.conf file from overcloud images""
  - Revert "Remove fwupd-redfish.conf file from overcloud images"
    
    This reverts commit 018f3ecf7e2100d873391a354086f17469514ecf.
    BZ bug 2030993 and Launchpad bug #1956441 have been resolved.
    This temporary workaround caused additional sporadic issues
    when running role oooci-build-images which failed with error:
