* Update nova from branch 'master'
  to 01ffb6df85ad895bfe94cc46a3be958dbd266a7a
  - Merge "db: Remove legacy migrations"
  - db: Remove legacy migrations
    
    sqlalchemy-migrate does not (and will not) support sqlalchemy 2.0. We
    need to drop these migrations to ensure we can upgrade our sqlalchemy
    version.
