Update git submodules 

* Update charm-guide from branch 'master'
  to 226b4cbe10f8775897b55558d6e8e6a155605660
  - vgpu: Add virtual workstation example
    
    Add an example on how to configured a hypervisor for use as a
    virtual workstation rather than for general compute workloads.
    
    This specifically excludes setup of required guest instance
    GRIDD drivers and selection of remote desktop access utilities;
    drivers are NVIDIA propriety and require licenses and numerous
    propriety remote desktop solutions exist.
    
    Open Source remote desktop solutions are still fairly primitive.
