* Update python-magnumclient from branch 'master'
  - Conditional hidden arg for backward compatibility
    
    At the moment, the python-magnumclient supplies the "hidden" arg when
    creating cluster/cluster templates which is not backward compatible with
    pre-Stein Magnum. This patch addresses the issue.
