Subject: [PATCH] Update git submodules

* Update ansible-role-puppet from branch 'master'
  - Fix hieradata path for puppet 4

    The datadir symlink points to /opt/system-config, but the private
    hieradata actually lies within /opt/system-config/hieradata.
