Update git submodules 

* Update openstack-ansible-os_nova from branch 'master'
  to cf19947b53d5c5224a9829588b1080dbb76f5593
  - Use global service variables
    
    Instead of overriding each service separatelly it might make
    sense for deployers to define some higher level variable that
    will be used first or fallback to default variable.
