Update git submodules 

* Update blazar-nova from branch 'master'
  to 965f17875623c56bc389838800cea908243b0eaa
  - Switch to stestr
    
    According to an Openstack summit session [1], stestr is a maintained
    project to which all Openstack projects should migrate. Let's switch to
    stestr as other projects have already moved to it.
