Update git submodules 

* Update puppet-cloudkitty from branch 'master'
  to cf202a64f5c4a82ef3a173a8ab63ee4a63366788
  - Merge "Stop hard-coding config file for db sync"
  - Stop hard-coding config file for db sync
    
    The cloudkitty-storage-init command by default loads
    /etc/cloudkitty/cloudkitty.conf. Removing the override allows us to use
    additional paths such as cloudkitty.conf.d in the future.
