Update git submodules 

* Update charm-nova-cloud-controller from branch 'master'
  to 3d237a44ec054026deb7047b8ff5d8316e9d9b57
  - Improve platform mocking
    
    Patch out charmhelpers.osplatform.get_platform() and
    charmhelpers.core.host.lsb_release() globally in the unit tests to
    insulate the unit tests from the platform that the unit tests are being
    run on.
