Update git submodules 

* Update bifrost from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Switch to Debian Stretch for building DIB images"
  - Switch to Debian Stretch for building DIB images
    
    It seems that Jessie is no longer supported, and its backports repo
    is no longer available, hence all DIB jobs fail.
