Update git submodules 

* Update ansible-role-collect-logs from branch 'master'
  - Fixed doc building steps for collect logs
    
    Ensure required python packages are installed task in collect-logs
    looks for doc-requirements.txt for building docs but it is not
    there which is leading to failure.
    
    Including docs under the roles fixes the issue.
    It also moves doc-requirments.txt under docs folder and fix the
    installation path
