Update git submodules 

* Update ansible-role-collect-logs from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Add new tests to molecule/infrared"
  - Add new tests to molecule/infrared
    
    This patch contains new tests which check that:
        - *.tar files with logs are properly deleted
        - artcl_collect_dir works correctly
        - artcl_rsync_collect_list=false generates
          list of files to be collected by rsync using find
