Subject: [PATCH] Update git submodules

* Update charm-nova-compute from branch 'master'
  to 6290b2577a5e01b6194a55e4afea98c39b28e689
  - Merge "Fix misc issues with instances-path usage"
  - Fix misc issues with instances-path usage

    Fix use of ephemeral-device with instances-path to ensure that
    the configured block device is mounted in the desired location.

    Ensure instances-path directory actually exists.
