Update git submodules 

* Update nova from branch 'master'
  to b6f4c57b433231ba922abaededeb5fef57a293d4
  - Merge "Drop Fedora support"
  - Drop Fedora support
    
    We are about to drop Fedora support as the latest image in upstream
    has been transitioned to EOL. Centos 9 Stream has evolved as
    replacement platform for new features. Patch which removes fedora
    jobs and nodeset from devstack:
