Update vendor support info for vexxhost 

The service URLs (via discovery [1]) for vexxhost are as follow:

identity: https://example.com/v3/
compute: https://example.com/v2.1
image: https://example.com/v2/
network: https://example.com/v2.0/
block-storage: https://example.com/v3/70dadafa31184691b8f1a97c95bcfa1b
object-store: https://example.com/v1/70dadafa31184691b8f1a97c95bcfa1b

The new region sjc1 in Santa Clara, CA was added.
