Bailey Miller 4f92423f87 Adds Senlin support to openstacksdk ... Adds Senlin API to openstacksdk, along with unit and functional tests for each Senlin function. Allows openstacksdk to create, list, get, update and delete clusters, cluster policies, cluster profiles, and cluster receivers. Also allows for attaching and detaching policies to clusters, updating policies on clusters, and listing policies on clusters.
