Monty Taylor 877326aa73 Start shifting cloud object-store methods to proxy ... This doesn't do all of them because the task manager patches will merge conflict if we do. But it gets the ball rolling. Also, adds a skip_discovery attribute that can be set to avoid running discovery for services, like object-store, for which that's never the right choice.
