FC connector logs number of attempts incorrectly
"tries" is never incremented, but is logged. Just use self.tries instead of "tries" and "self.tries". Closes-Bug: #1706648 Change-Id: Ib3e7c2e6a918912fda09419e89e138d96ed41fc2
