YAMAMOTO Takashi be892f863b oxm_fields: Add Nicira Extended Match (NXM) support
Note: It wasn't clear to me which NXM stands for "Extensible" or
"Extended". I chose the latter because it's in the primary
specification. (nicira-ext.h)

# there are two representations of value and mask this module deal with.
#
# "user"
# (value, mask) or value. the latter means no mask.
# value and mask are strings.
#
# "internal"
# value and mask are on-wire bytes.
# mask is None if no mask.
