[Trivial] Add HyperVvSwitchNotFound exception

At the moment, we're raising a generic HyperVException when
attempting to retrieve a non-existent vSwitch.

This change adds a 'HyperVvSwitchNotFound' exception, which will
allow callers to better handle such situations.
