Everyone hated this, so we decided to get rid of it at the last summit.
Actually, come to think of it, I think we decied to get rid of it in San Fran.

Common code for Openstack Projects.

To run tests in virtualenvs (preferred):

  sudo pip install tox
  tox

To run tests in the current environment:

  sudo pip install -r tools/pip-requires
  nosetests
