Ben Nemec 0d02866365 Switch to collections.abc.MutableMapping 
collections.MutableMapping has been deprecated since Python 3.3 and
is removed in Python 3.10. The functionality should be identical.

Oslo Context Library

The Oslo context library has helpers to maintain useful information about a request context. The request context is usually populated in the WSGI pipeline and used by various modules such as logging.
