Ben Nemec 18b94499d8 Get coverage job working

Add a simple test that imports the module so there is coverage data
available and fix the coverage config so it is looking at the
correct locations.

Common code for writing OpenStack upgrade checks

Please feel here a long description which must be at least 3 lines wrapped on 80 cols, so that distribution package maintainers can use it in their packages. Note that this is a hard requirement.
