Also we miss to call inherited stop method somtimes. That was not stopping oslo.service resources. This change fixes that. This allows us to stop the refresh_pipeline periodic thread on stop, now. Change-Id: Ib8498aa95bbca2b1d42d3579891f5f0c5ec67268
