Stephen Finucane 079e55fd1b setup: Replace dashes with underscores
Resolves the following class of warnings issued when building the
package sdist:

  UserWarning: Usage of dash-separated 'python-requires' will not be
  supported in future versions. Please use the underscore name
  'python_requires' instead
